Cancellations prior to shipment
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Returning Items 

Customers can initiate returns within 14 days of receiving goods and will gain a further 14 days to return item to us. Returns can not be accepted for items in an unsellable condition or with damage to the factory seal. Returns will be subjected to a 5% fee to account for non refundable transaction costs. This will be taken from the final refund amount. 

 

Damaged items

If an item is damaged on arrival this can be returned for a full refund or exchange with no cost to customer. If this should occur, please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@lexgamescorner.co.uk.

 

Supplimentary costs

Should the item be rerouted or incur an further unexpected delivery charges this will be covered by Lex Games Corner Limited. Any items lost in mail service will also be covered by Lex Games Corner Limited.
